The Milwaukee Brewers will debut a new lineup of food and beverage vendors at American Family Field ahead of the team’s March 26 home opener, expanding local restaurant participation and concession offerings.
New offerings, made available to media at an event Friday morning, were added to the stadium’s 3rd Street Market Hall Annex, The Alley food truck park, and concession stands throughout the venue.
K&L’s BBQ will join existing vendors Chucho’s Red Tacos, Nadi Plates and Hidden Kitchen MKE as one of four standing food trucks at The Alley.
Its location at the stadium marks its first expansion beyond its mobile food truck, which can often be found parked outside Ope Brewing Co.’s West Allis taproom. After being recommended to the Brewers by a local influencer, owners Kip and Lauren Kadlec accepted the team’s offer to expand their business to American Family Field, doubling K&L’s operations.
“Over the last year, we really started bringing a crowd out (at Ope), so people really want us out there too,” said Lauren.
K&L will continue to operate out of its mobile truck during the Brewers’ 2026 season.
The team also launched a new collection of fair-inspired eats to be sold at its concession stands throughout the stadium. New foods include funnel cake fries, macaroni and cheese waffles topped with pulled pork, flavored cream puffs, deep fried kringle, nachos on a stick, corn dogs and pulled pork elote (Mexican street corn).

The stadium’s 3rd Street Market Hall Annex will welcome Bebe Zito, replacing Creta Mediterranean Grill which opened last season, and a sweets stand offering Bebe Zito ice cream, Drip Chocolate and products from the 3rd Street Market Hall’s Can-D Shop. Bebe Zito and the sweets stand will join returning vendors Kompali Tacos, Smokin’ Jacks BBQ and Anytime Arepa.
The team worked with Buffalo, New York-based hospitality company Delaware North and Milwaukee-based Black Shoe Hospitality to “reimagine and elevate” the stadium’s food scene, said Tom Hecht, vice president of consumer experience for the Brewers.
“Food and beverage is an essential part of the baseball experience,” Hecht said. “We’ve really efforted to enhance our experience and be the best in baseball for what we’ve done.”
After building the food truck K&L will occupy this season – just outside The Alley but still to be part of the collection – the team said it has reached its development capacity for the space, located on the loge level along the third base line.
“There’s no more room,” Hecht said. “But we’re always looking for more ways to expand.”
