Brookfield-based commercial electrical contractor Lemberg Electric Company, Inc., announced that Leo Buser has been promoted to chief financial officer.
Buser has served as controller since joining the company in 2023. Prior to that he worked for accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen for more than six years.
“I am both humbled and honored to step into the CFO role at Lemberg,” said Buser. “In an ESOP environment, this responsibility extends beyond financial stewardship—it is about protecting and growing the value our employee-owners have worked so hard to build.”

Lemberg will celebrate its 100‑year anniversary in 2028 and 40 years as an ESOP in late 2027.
“We will continue to focus on advancing our talented staff by providing meaningful opportunities for growth and development, while also cultivating strong community relationships,” Buser said.
