🔒 Legacy Bakehouse names CFO

Lauren Davis

Waukesha-based commercial baking company Legacy Bakehouse, a contract manufacturer of baked snacks and snack components, announced that it has named Lauren Davis as its chief financial officer.

Previously, Davis served as CFO of Countryside, Illinois-based Sokol Custom Foods.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lauren to the Legacy Bakehouse family,” said Legacy Bakehouse president Alain Vallet-Sandre. “Her proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning makes her the ideal partner as we expand our capabilities and strengthen our position as a premier manufacturer of high-quality baked snacks. Lauren’s expertise will be instrumental as we integrate our recent acquisitions and pursue future growth.”

Established in 1917, Legacy Bakehouse operates three commercial baking facilities with a total of more than 150,000 square feet of space in Wisconsin and Tennessee. The company acquired the former Angelic Bakehouse facility in Cudahy in 2024. Legacy Bakehouse is owned by Chicago-based private equity firm Benford Capital.
