Green Bay-based Schreiber Foods announced that Trevor Farrell has been named the company’s next president and chief executive officer.
Farrell will become president of the company effective Jan. 1, 2026. He will become CEO on Sept. 30, 2026, at the end of the company’s fiscal year.
“Trevor is an accomplished and admired leader at Schreiber and within the global food industry,” said Mike Haddad, Schreiber board chair. “He’s made significant contributions to our company’s growth and capability in his 27 years at Schreiber and is well known to our customers, partners (employees) and suppliers. His deep understanding of our business, combined with his personal commitment to helping our partners achieve their potential, makes Trevor the ideal partner to lead Schreiber into the future.”
Ron DunfordFarrell will succeed current Schreiber Foods president and CEO Ron Dunford, who will retire as CEO at the end of the company’s fiscal year. He will then take over the role of board chair for the company.
“Ron’s leadership and impact over the last six years has been nothing short of extraordinary,” Haddad said. “He’s led with heart, vision and a deep commitment to our customers, partners and our core. We’re grateful for everything Ron has accomplished, and he’s handing Trevor a company that has never been more capable and more excited about the future. Our board looks forward to supporting Ron as he transitions into his new role as board chair, and I’m honored to continue serving on the board alongside him.”
Schreiber Foods manufactures and distributes a range of dairy products, including cream cheese, natural and processed cheese, yogurt, and beverages. The company has more than $7.5 billion in annual sales and more than 10,000 employees around the world.
