Eric McGinnis, the president of the Climate Solutions segment for Racine-based Modine Manufacturing Co., plans to retire on June 30, 2026, the company announced in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
McGinnis has worked for Modine since August of 2021.
Prior to that he worked for Regal Beloit Corp. for 17 years as president of the Industrial Systems Segment, vice president of business development and vice president of the Commercial AC Motor business.
Before that he worked for 11 years with General Electric.
