Maryville Academy – Protecting Children and Strengthening Families with a Modern Online Presence
Maryville Academy was founded in 1883 by the Archdiocese of Chicago to care for and educate children orphaned by The Great Chicago Fire, cholera, and yellow fever. Today, it offers 19 programs across four main services: Early Childhood Engagement, Education, Family and Residential Care, and Healthcare, adapting to society’s changing needs with consistent leadership and innovative solutions for children’s care.
Maryville Academy’s outdated website needed a revamp. In the past, Americaneagle.com built the Maryville Foundation website. Pleased with the result, Maryville Academy sought out the website agency to create something similar for its main website.
The new website, powered by WordPress, allows internal staff to easily update the website as needed. For those looking to make a difference and join the beautiful ministry, four different ways – join their team, fulfill a program’s wish list, volunteer or sponsor an event – are easily presented for a great user experience. The new website has led to an increase in unique site traffic and an increase in donations received.
This collaboration resulted in the creation of a state-of-the-art website built on the WordPress platform. The new website empowers Maryville Academy with user-friendly content management capabilities and unparalleled flexibility, enabling them to effectively communicate its mission and engage with its audience seamlessly.
