St. Francis condo development attracting buyers

The developers of the A-Wing, a new condominium building at The Landing at Park Shore development along Lake Michigan in St. Francis, say they have accepted “nearly 30 offers” on the 89 condos in the building, under construction at 4100 S. Lake Shore Drive.

Development of The Landing started in 2002, and it was originally planned as a four-building apartment project. Plans were changed to a for-sale condo model in 2005. Three of the four buildings were built and occupied, but construction of the fourth was halted during the Great Recession. Only the foundation and parking structure for the development’s fourth building was completed.

In 2025, development firms Emem Group and Maharani, led by Milwaukee natives Michael Emem and Ranjit Singh, received approval to complete the fourth building, as an 89-unit condominium building.

The completed building, called A-Wing, will consist of 23 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom units between four floors. The building will be managed by the same property management firm as the rest of the complex, MPC Property Management, and governed by the same condo association.

Construction is scheduled to begin this spring with occupancy expected for summer 2027.

“The initial response from prospective buyers has been very positive,” said Emem. “Given the ongoing limited inventory in the local real estate market, this development provides new options for buyers.”

List prices for the condos range from $250,000 to $800,000 for 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units.
