Two office properties in Mequon have been sold for a combined $9.9 million, according to state property records.
The first property, located at 12308 N. Corporate Parkway, was sold for $5 million. The 33,100-square-foot office building was constructed in 1995. The seller was a Brookfield-based entity, and the buyer was an affiliate of The Heimat Group, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Mequon.
According to a listing from commercial real estate brokerage firm Newmark, the building is 100% leased to five tenants at the time of sale. The property had been listed for $5.3 million.
The second sale involved an office complex at 11512–11520 N. Port Washington Road, located about a mile away. The property includes approximately 80,000 square feet of office space spread across five buildings and was built in 1978. It sold for $4.9 million.
The seller was an affiliate of Mequon-based Mikkelson Builders, a company that primarily builds single-family homes but also owns office properties. The buyer was an entity named 1151 N. Port Washington Road LLC.
