Michael Geraghty
Michael Geraghty, president of the Color Group for Milwaukee-based Sensient Technologies Corp., a global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and other specialty ingredients, informed the company earlier this month that he plans to retire on March 31, 2026.
Following his retirement, Geraghty will be appointed to the company’s Scientific Advisory Committee and will serve as an advisor to chief executive officer Paul Manning.
Steven Morris, the president of the company’s Flavors &

Extracts Group, will succeed Geraghty upon his retirement. Morris joined the company in 2007 and has previously served as sales director and general manager of its Food Colors U.S. division, and later as general manager of Sweet & Beverage Flavors North America. It January of 2024 he became president of the Flavors & Extracts Group.
Gregory Till will succeed Morris as president of the Flavors & Extracts Group, effective Jan. 1. He is currently general manager of the company’s Food Colors Europe division. He joined Sensient in 2019 as general manager of Sensient South Africa.
