Website Redesign Sets Bestwork Industries for Blind Up for Future Growth & Success
Founded in 1981, Bestwork Industries for the Blind, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit corporation dedicated to improving the quality of life for people who are blind by providing training and employment opportunities in a supportive work environment.
While usable, Bestwork Industries for the Blind’s existing website did not accurately represent its brand and future goals. Additionally, the company was expanding its service and product offerings and needed ecommerce capabilities, which then provided the right opportunity to update and revitalize the website overall.
Bestwork Industries for the Blind’s website was redesigned on WordPress and now features more cohesive and impactful messaging and branding. It’s easy to navigate and provides a seamless user experience. Ecommerce functionalities were integrated, offering users the ability to purchase office products, cleaning supplies, safety items and tools, and more. Accessibility was also a big focus of the new website, implementing standards and best practices to ensure usability for all.
