Milwaukee-based workforce solutions company ManpowerGroup announced that it has sold its Jefferson Wells business unit to Naperville, Illinois-based professional services firm Sikich for $100 million.
Jefferson Wells is a professional services firm providing finance and accounting, internal audit, risk and compliance, and tax services. It has $76 million in U.S. revenue in 2025.
The transaction closed Thursday. ManpowerGroup said it plans to use proceeds from the deal to strengthen its balance sheet.
