Milwaukee-based global software and cloud solutions provider and distributor SoftwareOne today announced that Regina Manfredi has been named its president Americas, effective Sept. 1. With the promotion, she assumes leadership of the company’s business across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Manfredi joined the company in 2023 and has been serving as SoftwareOne’s North America region president since July of 2025.
“Regina has proven she can deliver results – she brought NORAM (North America) back to growth in record time by putting customers, partners, and employees first,” said Raphael Erb, CEO of SoftwareOne. “As president Americas, she’ll deepen those relationships even further, ensuring our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America have the partner they need to navigate AI-driven change.”

SoftwareOne reported strong results for the first half of the year, with revenue growth of 11.6% and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of 4.5 percentage points year-over-year.
