Waukesha-based Sky High Marketing Inc. has acquired In the Bag Promotions, a promotional marketing agency headquartered in Boise, Idaho.
The acquisition allows the branded merchandising agency to expand its physical footprint, client base and its suite of services, the company said in a press release Tuesday.
Josh Kozinski“The opportunity to expand our operations into Boise represents a significant step in our team’s continued growth,” said Josh Kozinski, CEO of Sky High Marketing. “This expansion allows us to strengthen our relationships with our existing clients and welcome new clients across the region. We’re dedicated to making the strategic investments that will elevate our service and expand our capabilities.”
In joining forces with In the Bag, which was founded in 2011, Sky High adds some new services to its portfolio, including laser engraving and premium printed media services. The move also strengthens the company’s embroidery and screen printing presence in the West Coast region, increasing capacity and enhancing overall service offerings. In addition, the Boise facility will allow Sky High to expand decoration services and resources available to all clients.
“Creating campaigns that leave a lasting impression has always been our mission,” said Lori Reading, president and owner of In the Bag Promotions. “Finding the right partner who shares our culture, values, creativity and vision makes this acquisition a perfect fit to accelerate growth and deliver even greater value to our clients and team members.”
“As we add new services, our focus remains on scalable systems, seamless integration, and creating more value for our clients,” said Benj Lawrenz, chief operating officer of Sky High Marketing.
Sky High Marketing, which also has an office in suburban Las Vegas, has seen momentum in recent years with the opening a new corporate headquarters in Waukesha in 2024 and acquisitions of South Lake Tahoe, California-based distributor At Your Service in 2023 and Maple Avenue Printing & Embroidery in 2026 as well as the strategic expansion of its sales and business development team in Oklahoma City.
